Select the style for each bar you play:
one - a single chord - get your fingering correct
pair - begin to speed up
rhythm/rhym - learn a boogie-style
walk - let your fingers perform a walking bass
wiggle - uses a greater range of notes

Select how bars change in the practice
I - only practice your root chord
I-IV - alternate between the root and the fourth
I-IV-V - alternate between the chords of the blues
12bar - go through the 12 bar blues sequence

Watch the notes on the keyboard and listen to the piano as you go. Progress through difficulty levels, from a basic single chord, through to a walking bass line alternating between chords for different keys.
